the little kitchen that could

Guys, this month has been stupid with a capital S. Or maybe it hasn't been that bad, and I just haven't been getting enough sleep. Who knows and who cares because as of this afternoon, we now have brand spankin' new upper cabinets installed in our kitchen. I will no longer have to aimlessly search for the sugar bowl on our dining room table every morning, and I will no longer turn my back for one minute just to find Cheech doused in a whole jar of ground nutmeg. This is awesome news and most definitely something to celebrate. Oh, and Cheech starts soccer tomorrow... also something to celebrate.

February, maybe you aren't as bad as I've accused you of being all these years. Maybe

    1. i don't even know what a slide tackle is, but HECK YES. this is going to require some sort of celebration, like a soccer christening.

*if there's one sport I lack completely any skill for, it's soccer. this just triggered a flood of AYSO memories I wish to banish forevs from memory... clumsiest feet ever. :(

And to everyone else, thank you.
