I have spent the past few days knee deep in local preschool research, so I'm just going to sit here at stare at this beautiful picture of this sweetened condensed milk cake (with lemon zest) because already having to even think about Cheech starting school is stressful as shit. And because I'm planning on baking a cake for a good friend's upcoming birthday, and this is right up her alley. And because I'm just realizing that it's been MUCH too long since I've had a slice of cake.
